Staff Appreciation Week has just wrapped up, and thanks to parents volunteering and donating items, it was a great success!  We spoiled CP Smith staff with a breakfast Monday, supplies on Tuesday, lunch on Wednesday, cookies on Thursday, and room service on Friday.  And thanks to parent donations 16 staff members won gift cards, gift certificates, or even cash during the Friday afternoon drawing.

The week also couldn’t have been pulled off without generous donations from local restaurants.  A Single Pebble in Burlington, Texas Roadhouse in Williston, and Simply Divine Cafe in Williston all donated dishes to help staff feel the love.  If you are looking for a great place to eat, any of those places would be an excellent choice!

Thanks to all of you who donated to the fund to provide busses for Smith’s upcoming field trips. Because of you we are able to provide a bus for the fourth grade trip to the Flynn Theater next week!

The next trip for which we need help funding a bus is the kindergarten trip on March 31st.  Private cars or the city bus are absolutely not options for this group!
