The Yearbook is in Production!
The yearbook was submitted for publication today! 🥳🥳 Every student at CP Smith will receive one from the PTO, and copies will also go to classroom libraries and the main library. We worked hard to sell business ads to offset the cost, but still need to raise approximately $950 to cover the rest. Yearbook distribution will happen the last full week before summer vacation. It’s almost here!
Spiritwear Sale Ends Soon
Our Spring Spiritwear sale is wrapping up! Please get your orders in by tomorrow evening! Online ordering is available at https://cpsmithpto.square.site/ and we’re once again doing doorstep delivery.

Spring Spiritwear Sale!
Our Spring Spiritwear sale is going on right now! If you’ve been waiting for the next one to order your Smith gear, now is the time. Orders must be received by Monday, March 8th, and we’ll be able to get you your gear before the April break. Book Fair 10/26 – 11/1
We may not be able to hold events at the school, but there will still be a Book Fair! Come by Phoenix Books in Burlington or Essex during the week of October 26th through November 1st and tell them you’re supporting CP Smith Elementary. It’s a double whammy – supporting a local business AND supporting the PTO! As always, proceeds from the Book Fair are put into the budget line for Library use – which means more books and learning items available to Smith students!

Fine print:
– If ordering online, mention the CP Smith book fair in the “order comments” box at the end of the checkout process.
– You MUST mention CP Smith in order for us to receive credit for your purchases.
– Shoppers who are members of Phoenix Books club forgo their discount in order for the 20% to go to the school.
– What’s included: pretty much anything that is in stock at the stores, including: books, cards, gifts & gift wrap accessories, puzzles, games and toys. Some of these items may only be available in-store, not online.
– Excluded items: purchasing gift cards, book club membership purchase or renewal, “Viva Marketplace” items (Essex) and consigned products. For web orders, some books may not be eligible for the book fair. You are encouraged to check with Phoenix by phone if you want to be sure your purchase will count.

Orders need to be in by Friday, October 2nd, and we will be able to deliver items 3-6 weeks after that date (before Thanksgiving break.)

Spiritwear Orders
Spiritwear order forms are being sent home with students this week! If you didn’t get it or need another copy, >>click on through<<. This year we are adding hooded sweatshirts and socks to our offerings. The socks are very comfortable and sturdy!
Spiritwear orders are due by Friday, March 6th and items will be delivered by Friday, April 3rd. Size charts below (and on the back of the order forms sent home with students)

Hello Smith families! Square 1 Art catalogs and stickers have gone out, and the deadline to order is Thursday, November 21st! You can place your order at square1art.com/shop using the art access code from your student’s catalog, or turn your paper order forms in to the Main Office. Orders will arrive before the December break!
