Love Our Crossing Guards?

Help show your gratitude for our crossing guards this holiday season!

We are collecting donations to purchase a Hannaford gift card for each of our crossing guards!  Crossing guards help CP Smith students cross safely at the following intersections: North Ave & Ethan Allen Pkwy, North Ave & Heineberg Rd, North Ave & Hunt Middle School, Ethan Allen Pkwy & Farrington Pkwy, and at James Ave & Hope St.  You can give your (cash) donation to Elizabeth Connolly or to Nancy Winn in the Main Office by this Thursday, 12/19.  Gift cards will be purchased that afternoon and delivered on Friday morning 12/20, right before the winter break.

If you would like your gift to go to a specific person, please include a note indicating that with your donation.  And if we’ve accidentally left any crossing guards off this list, please let us know!

If you prefer to give a gift individually, please note that many of the crossing guards are switching around a bit in the afternoons this coming week, so if you’d like to get something to your regular crossing guard, do it in the morning.

A smile and a thank you are also a wonderful way to show your gratitude!
